This isn’t  just your ordinary neighborhood gym where you come and workout on your own (WE ARE NOT A CROSSFIT GYM).  It’s like having a personal trainer but in a group setting.  Our training sessions are fun, energetic, and are lead by one of Houston’s most energizing trainers .

The best part is you get results to go along with all your hard work.  To further your progress we have a Nutritionist on staff to help you refine your nutrition and help you accelerate your results!
